Delivery Charges?

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the Items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will depend on delivery option you have chosen.

What information is needed?

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

How long will my order take to process? Pre orders?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Rush orders are available for faster processing times, please email us at info@shopmissego.com. For Pre-orders the merchandise is not physically at our location but is available. Please allow 10 business days for shipment. We will keep you updated on any changes and send tracking once order ships.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

Do you accept exchanges?

WE DO ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR THE SAME ITEM. IF THE SIZE NEEDED IS AVAILABLE WE WILL HAPPILY EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. PLEASE EMAIL SHOPMISSEGO@GMAIL.COM WITH ORDER NUMBER AND SIZE NEEDED TO RECEIVE A REFERENCE NUMBER TO EXCHANGE ITEM. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING.

How do I return?

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROCESSED FREE OF CHARGE, WHILE RETURNS FOR A REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD (I.E. CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL). ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  2. PLEASE FILL OUT RETURN FORM LOCATED IN YOUR SHIPMENT AND INCLUDE YOUR RETURNS PARCEL ALONG WITH YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE. COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR ADDED ONTO YOUR CREDIT NOTE. RETURNED ITEMS NOT RECEIVED OR LOST IN TRANSIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED A CREDIT NOTE OR REPLACEMENT.

What is your return policy?

  • THE ITEM MUST BE SET BACK TO US WITH IN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED.
  • MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN,UNWASHED, AND FREE OF ANY STAINS.
  • NO SMELL OF PERFUME/DEODORANT SO PLEASE TAKE DUE CARE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR ORDER.
  • ANY MERCHANDISE MARKED “FINAL SALE” CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • RETURNED ITEMS NOT RECEIVED IN THEIR ORIGINAL STATE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT A RETURN IF WE DEEM IT IS NOT IN THE REQUIRED CONDITION.
